Poll question: Which Dem should drop out of the running first?
Yeah, I'm probably starting a flame war here...

I'll go first: Kucinich. Sorry, folks, but he comes off as nitpicky and whiny. Though I like what he says on a general level, I don't think he's adding much to the debate. Really, does he think he can repeal NAFTA in one fell swoop? Doubtful.

2. I have to go with Bob Graham
I really like him, but his campaign is in ruins. He should leave now and defend his seat.

3. I don't think he's running for Senator again
Which is a damned shame; he's one of the good ones.

8. I'm with you, but don't think he will run again
so I'd like Joe to take a dive and stop using up oxygen in avery crowded campaign chamber.

9. All the pro-invasion guys could go
I'm sorry if that offends anyone, but I think Lieberman, Kerry, Edwards and Gephardt ALL compromised themselves. We're supposed to be the opposition party, not the party of "Me too!".

10. Keep Lieberman
I don't like him, nor would I vote for him but he does bring a sizable group of right leaning Democrats to the party. Get them energized and let them vote Democratic on election day.

I say we keep them all, it is a brilliant strategy vs the Repub. strategy of no choice.

14. Besides Lieberman
the only candidates that are seen as threats to other DUer's candidates are polling high on your poll....

13. All bring something to the table worth discussing....
....EXCEPT HOLY JOE!

I mean, most will drop out after the first few primaries, but I think a diverse group is good--it gets a dialogue going. But Holy Joe is just a Republican's wet dream!

16. I see them dropping out in clusters
1st cluster

Graham
Braun
Edwards

2nd cluster

Kucinich
Gephardt
Lieberman

3rd cluster

Kerry

I see Sharpton, Dean & Clark staying in til the bitter end..

Once the northeastern primaries are past and a few midwestern ones, the only people with strength will be Dean & Clark.. I do not see Sharpton "dropping out", since he probably knows he is not going to be president, but he has a powerful message to get out to the public, and he's not really spending any money anyway, so why drop out?? He probably has nothing to do that he would enjoy more, and he's a great public speaker.. I really like Al, and he stirs things up..

I personally have no real favorite, that's just my guess :)
