2. Actually, I live in Oklahoma where we have hundreds of tornados every
year...I wouldn't expect people in Virginia to be concerned about them.

3. Actually the original poster brings up a good point.
There are several hurricanes that have hit the US coast the last few years and none of them didn't get as near airplay as this one. I wonder why?
