The headline says "Bush War Budget a Boost for Business, Troop Morale."

But in the copy we find:

"Wrapped into his $87 billion budget plan for Iraq and Afghanistan, President Bush included goodies for defense contractors and key allies like Pakistan, and even promised to help 13,000 "militia combatants" in Afghanistan find new jobs."

Also:

1. Hmm. This sounds suspiciously like...

...NATION BUILDING to me. Didn't GWB* trash a Dem president for supposedly doing something like this?

- I still believe that GWB* unnecessarily used SHOCK AND AWE to do the most possible damage so his campaign supporters/defense contractor friends would have jobs for the rest of their lives.
