what odds would you offer on any of the declared/yet to declare Dem candidates for 2004?

My best bet (and I'm a realist bookiie who hates losing $$$$$$$$):

evens: none of the so far declared Dems is official Dem selection
for 2004

6-4 ON: successful Dem candidate is a former Dem Governor from the
90s, biding his time before pouncing with his awesome dossier
on bush 1 & 2, cheney, bowel, rummy, wolfy, rice, asscroft etc
"cometh the moment, cometh the man"

2-1 ON: landslide Dem victory in 2004, bushes in the slammer for
massive fraud going back to the 1980s and beyond, ted turner
in a padded cell, margaret thatcher executed for treason at
the Tower of London
