The leader of the scottish parliment has broken with the national labour party to object to the reduction of cannabis to a decriminalized offense... suggesting that the current drugs policy has been working ?????? ... hello? clue phone? Its for jack mcconnell... the drugs policy of american criminalization of the underprivaledged has never worked... and will never work... except to repress democratic choice.. Figures you vichy labour scumbags in scotland would sell out your constituency on something critical, but need we be so gratuitous in our attempts to become torys in all but name.

i call you an asshole... it is because using imprisonment as a solution to cannabis smoking is draconian, beyond human rights realism and bad government. For people who have been users of cannabis for years and years, it is a way of disenfranchising them and breaking their lives... what a sick perversion...and by associating yourself with it, i imagine my daughter doing time for posession of cannabis at her magesty's grace.

And on top of that, in choosing this issue to thumb your nose at the westminster government... double tap stupid moron. You did not notice that the home office has made a wise decision to reclassify cannabis as a class C substance where arrest for posession is not to be pursued. What a stupid abuse of taxpayer funds to wage a lost moral war to screw over "some" people based on their vices... it is grossly perverted and it shows jack the world over you are a schmuck for your behavior to use devolution as a way to do something stupid.

All you really do is make holyrood look ignorant and incompetent in governing scotland. You demonstrate to the world that the scottish government is institutionally incompetent. I would hope you'd consider it the other way and look at scotland as the cannabis-crofting capital of europe... As a business opportunity, using devolution the other way round, you could double the wealth of rural scotland and pay for a much more effective drugs treatment regimen for the scottish people. Legalize, regulate, and tax.

You drugs nazi assholes are responsible for every overdose death. If my own daughter died of bad heroin, i would not shoot the dealer in revenge, rather the drugs czar that designs a perverted legal framework where the drugs my daughter took are of unknown origins, dosages and medical hygeine. You moralist perverted fucking men in government who are grossly out of touch with how widespread cannabis usage is across scotland. By keeping the whole thing underground, you deny people medical safety in how they administer their unknown dosages... it is sick, draconian and you are an asshole jack.
