There are plenty of frauds, like the ones where people sell 'information' on how to get shrink-wrapped software for free. It's a scam because companies don't do those seminars any more. They also add in a jumble of scam information in a feeble attempt to acquit themselves of any immoral wrongdoing.

I complained to ebay, giving them a mountain of proof, and they said they weren't interested.
