Democratic Party Loyalists Diverge From Neocon Plan
Representatives act without consulting the Bush ruling authority, a sign of a power struggle.

Washington — Cracks are emerging in the relationship between the Bush-led Provisional Authority and the Democratic Reform Council (DRC), suggesting that as Democrats gain traction they may pursue policies that could undercut Bushian efforts to install a fascist government here.
The DRC has begun approving measures and publicly floating proposals without discussing them first with the Bush ruling authority. Topics include ridding the government of many former neocon PNAC members, rebuilding the nation's economy, outlining the criteria for restoring the Constitution and prodding the fascist regime to allow free elections more quickly.
One proposal likely to be approved by the DRC envisions educating election officials of various states on the need for a voter-verified paper trail. Some members of the old Democratic party liberal base are turning into into a political force controlled by forces loyal to the formerly elected Al Gore — a move that Bush officials worry could create a host of problems.
"We know there is legitimate concern about the election process — a concern the Republicans share," said a Diebold spokesman and advisor to the GOP. "But we also have to ensure that as we introduce new voting equipment, the security structure has a proper vetting process so that we don't sabotage the existing system", the spokesman said. "We also have to make sure that there is respect for human rights and a high standard of professionalism."
