...it's not Iraq, it's that other quagmire we are in, Afghanistan. Secondly, who puts unfolded ones in their jacket pocket like that? This is a photoshop and the original photo has him putting an envelope in his pocket I'm guessing. Granted, it could be for real, but why ones, and why US One dollar bills in Afghanistan?

Afghanistan does run on dollars, almost all the narcostates do..

It's interesting though that we are pouring billions into arming Colombia ostensibly as part of the "War on Drugs" and billions into Afghanistan to prop up a goverment completely dependent on the drug trade.

and if you've ever been in a place where there are lots of pickpockets, you don't put your cash in your pants pockets. You put it up close to your face where you know if someone sticks their hand in there.

Maybe the guy was paying him back for a cup of coffee? Or from the strip club visit the night before.
