And it pleases me no end to think of it that way. It is also a very catchy phrase. Use it a few times to see how it rolls off the tip of your tongue.

5. Not sure I agree! Here's why....
The phrase itself is catchy....but I don't agree with it.

Monica's blue dress symbolized a consensual relationship between 2 consenting adults. It was a private matter.

The Downing memo, on the other hand, IS a public matter. It represents the lies the Bush regime told in order to rush us to war. It's lying to the American people about a matter of state.

Monica's blue dress and the Downing memo are apples and oranges.
