Elder Bush would like son Jeb to run for President
http://www.stuff.co.nz/stuff/0,2106,3299517a12,00.html

Florida Governor Jeb Bush has repeatedly said he does not plan to run for president in 2008, trying to dampen speculation that another Bush could be on the next Republican ticket for the White House.

In an interview on CNN's Larry King Live, former President Bush said he would want Jeb to run for president "someday," but now was not the time.

7. "Someday, but not now". He'll run when Laura's time is over.
Both Cheney and his wife said Laura should run - against Clinton. And I'm sure Laura will "win". That way they won't have to install Bush as dictator which is what I had expected at first. Bush will really step down after this period and then another Bush parrot will take over.

9. I saw this on Yahoo news
Of course! When Jeb went to survey the tsunami damage, they said he wasn't planning to run. Jeb went to the Pope's funeral, but he's not planning to run. Of course he's planning to run. Dubya wasn't going to run either, and we know how that turned out.

10. Jeb's not going to run for Prez in 2008...
...and Pauly Shore is actually FUNNY!!!!

Seriously, Jeb may have too much on his plate down in Florida to actually do it...Florida has taken a turn for the worst with on his watch, what with all the kids being snatched, hurricanes, Terri Schiavo, and all...One possible explanation about all the kidnappings I heard on a local show from a guy who used to live in Florida...he said that the male population outnumbers the female population...it's still no excuse, but is there any truth to that? Floridians enlighten me, please!

11. Well, as it now stands,
all Poppy has to do is take it up with the good folks at Diebold.

Too bad he's not as gung-ho for his new son Bill. :eyes:
