Not even most of the media so they need to get off Felt's back. Saying that he should have reported wrongdoing to the proper authorities is pure bull shit and upholding remaining loyal to a criminal President and an evil regime is no badge of honor!

1. Felts is not 100% a hero
If you read the article about him, he was upset Nixon picked somebody else to head the FBI after Hoover. Pay backs are Hell....

Now having said that, Bush has pissed off a lot of ppl, and one day he will get his pay back.

2. The purity of his motives is irrelevant.
Nixon was coordinating a criminal conspiracy from the White House.

3. Nixon's pick for FBI Director resigned in disgrace.

For shredding evidence.

Felt was justified in opposing Nixon's appointment of L. Patrick Gray, who was put into the position to spy on the FBI.

On April 20, acting FBI Director L. Patrick Gray resigned after admitting he had destroyed Watergate evidence under pressure from Nixon aides. Ten days later, four of Nixon's top officials resigned: Chief of Staff H.R. Haldeman; Domestic Affairs Assistant John Ehrlichman; Attorney General Richard Kleindienst; and Presidential Counsel John Dean.

The link is on my blog (under the burning Bush).

4. A modern day Deep Throat would have to go to one of the Independent
Producers making the films that are shedding some light on the junta and PNAC, think tanks and the demotion of the US Senate and Congress to rubber stamps.

There is no one in MSM who could be trusted not to out a new Deep Throat and get him/her killed by the junta enforcers. For all we know, there may have been several who have tried to serve the greater good of the nation over the current leaders.
