that he said all foreign journalists should leave the country immediately. Fancy that, he didn't want an independent press there.

and this: "War crimes will be prosecuted. War criminals will be punished. And it will be no defense to say, "I was just following orders." <-- isn't that exactly what the torture justification memo advised the US soldiers to say?
