Think we can win Cox's seat when he gets confirmed to the SEC?

I grew up in Cox's district. Orange County isn't the same place that it was when he was first elected in 1988, though still home to many psycho conservatives, I think with an incumbent out of play Cox's district will be more competitive for Dems.

Though, the OC pandejo who I'd really enjoy tossing out of office by FAR is Dana Rorhabacher.
