There are ancient diaries and documents from that time period that indicate Jesus did exist. He wasn't god since he had to get an inn for a night and food (one document was an inn's financial record). I'm sure he tuaght waht he did but the nuts through history took it as "go forth and kill".

The only genuine reference I know of re:Jesus, is in the Talmud, and that Jesus was "a magician who was hanged from a tree on the eve of Passover", in about 125 B.C.E.

of the 14th Amendment. Which kills off official or inoffical privilege of their sort of people, when it actually ever gets enforced, which it has never been.

Roe v Wade is in part based on 14th Amendment rights, even. Church/state separation relies indirectly on its civil rights guarantees. The violations at Guantanamo Bay are illegal under it.
