the U.S. government for cost plus contracts. Where does the U.S. government go to recoup its money that Cheney, Bush and Rumsfeld have run up for us, in the form of monstrous deficits?

I reread the Declaration of Independence on the 4th of July 2003. I was awestruck by the similarities of the complaints against King George and our current oppresive situation.
