Protestors Demand Impeachment (Green Bay, WI)

Group wants Green to give Bush boot
By Ray Barrington, Green Bay News-Chronicle (6/2/05)

"A group of between 30 and 35 protesters stood outside Rep. Mark Green's Green Bay office Tuesday calling for him to ask for the impeachment of President Bush.

<snip>

"They said that because Green voted to impeach Clinton for his untrue statements during the Monica Lewinsky scandal, he should, to be consistent, vote to impeach Bush for his statements about Iraq."

4. That is good
Be interesting to see their reaction. Can't think it will be very positive. Actually I assume it will be the standard "a few bad apples out there, crazy people. Most American people are behind me and behind President Bush. Whatever you do pay no attention to the man behind the curtain.

3. Too bad the article didn't use Bush and impeachment in the headline.

5. Wish I had known about this!
Any time it means holding Mark "Party before Principle" Green's feet to the fire it's worthwhile.
