Need some help DU'ing a different type of poll

I would like to get the help of my fellow DU members.

I ride with a group of bikers called the Iron Indians. We are a pretty loose bunch of folks and like to help out when we can. Just a couple of weeks ago, we did 2 charities that went over well. One for the Galena, MO. parks and recreation and another for Benefit4Kids.

One of our fellow riders lost his son in an auto accident back in Dec. to a car accident. No more than this had passed but now his bike blew up on the way down to our rally in Missouri. Keith is a GOOD GOOD guy going through some tough times.

There is a contest going on right now in Chicago. Rules are simple. The bike with the highest votes wins a $1,000. The guy who has entered his bike has said he will turn over the grand to our friend to help him with his rebuild. This is a chance for us to stuff the ballot box (so to speak) and I would appreciate any and all help we can get for Keith to get back on the road.

I hope for Keith's sake he walks away with it. Like I said before, GOOD, GOOD man who will help anyone anytime. And he is embarrassed like hell to have anyone offer to help him, even when it is something as easy as this.
