2. I have family that lives on base, and they can't even go to the BBC's

site. All sorts of things are blocked. Half the links I send them are blocked.

My friends and family who are currently in the military have all told me that the only news they see is Fox News. I don't know from how high up the order came, but several mentioned that it's policy to leave the TV on Fox News.

7. I am in the military.

The Navy specifically. I have several friends in the Marines, and one in the Army, who are in Iraq. I have never been anywhere or heard of a place where the news is limited to Fox News. As a matter of fact, when I was on-board ship, the news channel was CNN. I have noticed overseas you are more likely to get CNN international or BBC World.

As for the Internet, It is DOD policy to block all porn sites. Also, many sites are blocked due to spyware or virus content. In some areas, such as on-board ships or in remote sites, where bandwidth is limited, you often have to have specific permission to go much of anywhere other then a .mil or email sites such as yahoo or hotmail.

please list all the progressive voices our soldiers hear daily because the ones I correspond with cannot hear them. Not surprising, since most people cannot even hear the truth IN AMERICA.

Are you calling that soldier in my original post a liar? Because he is not the only one who says they are pretty much limited to FOX constantly for their news which is pretty much like getting news straight from the White House. I could send you snippets from emails I am getting from the Middle East but lo and behold, you won't accept IMs.
