I say again: WE MUST LEAVE IRAQ NOW
There is no logical, humane argument to keep us there. * fucked up their country and US. Staying only prolongs the agony to both Iraq and the USA. Yes, BUSH BROKE IT. Let him go over there and fix it. Send the troops home NOW !!!!!!!!!!!!

1. I agree wholeheartedly. It is the only logical solution.
BTW, your animal pics are hilarious. Glad they put the puppy on some papers.

3. Thanks. Someone asked me if the cat was alive. I'm sure the kitty is just
taking a nap and the owner/prankster did the rest :-)

8. NOTHING about this is logical.
It's human.

Stay or leave, karma will ultimately say the last word.

And that word is "oil".

6. Progressive Magazine had a great article this month
actually, it was two articles, one for leaving now, the other for staying. Norman Solomon made a great case for why we should leave NOW.

WE'RE the ones causing the instability. A civil war may break out in Iraq, regardless of US troops' presence. We're not rebuilding anything outside of the Green Zone-- most of Baghdad still has daily power outages two years later.

We need to go. NOW.
