Is Mehlman reading a Telepromptr?

Forgive me if this has all been discussed already; I'm just getting home after a weekend sans teevee, and watching MTP. Melman, first, was obviously provided the questions in advance. He is reading directly from a script, not "talking." However, is looking up at a cue card or Telepromtr, or just looking up into his empty head trying to remember the answers Karl typed for him?

Geez...what a pathetic performance. "I respectively disagree" that Melman has an original thought in his head.
