because of threats??
but our food comes from all over right??

2. I take it you watched '60 Minutes' last night.
The premise that these drugs would be dangerous are outrageous. It's all about the bottom dollar. The drug companies won't make the meds available to the US at a fair price but Gawd Forbid! someone comes up with an idea to undercut their over-inflated prices! :hi:

4. Oh, well, I try. This topic was covered. There's a company in
Europe (Denmark?) that buys the drugs en masse, repackages them under a similar name w/o touching the actual meds in any way, and sells them cheaper. They'd like to expand to the US but are getting shot down/shut out by the big pharma companies. It's called parallel trade:

5. Lobbyists For The Pharmaceutical Companies Need To Be Banned...
..from their ability to influence our elected officials in creating laws that are designed to royally screw the American Consumer. There is far too much influence from large corporations in our Government and it needs to be stopped. Baning Lobbyist and Term Limits would be a good start.
