Any progressive events planned in your community for July Fourth?

I'm starting to beat the bushes in my area to see what kind of visible pro-America event we can pull together. Quickly! "pro-America" being a politically correct term for anti-PNAC/GOP. ;)

I'd like the event to include a public reading of the Declaration of Indpendence and perhaps also a public reading and explanation of the U.S. Constitution. Handouts available with information about PNAC, the DSM, Amenesty International report, etc.

I'd love ideas and would like to hear of events being planned elsewhere.
