To: Hillary's Lovely Legs Where does it say that in the Constitution? It should be up to the elected representatives of each state to make these laws not the Court. Another attempt by the court to take over the country.

To: Hillary's Lovely Legs Nice of those justices to remind us that we live in a federal police state.
I can't wait for the public backlash that will follow if the federal government decides to start martyring patients over this decision.

To: Hillary's Lovely Legs It will be interesting to see what their Constitutional justification is. A strict reading of the Constitution would not only show that the federales have no authority to rule on marijuana, but that they have no authority over any drugs whether pharmaceutical or recreational. That's one of the powers which "are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people".
