1. Officer McNevin was out of line.
Ms. Goodwin posed no threat to the public or the officer!

into the minds of police officers and how good people become corrupted by the power they hold.... look at the defenses of his actions in the other threads... it's all about 'was procedure followed' not 'is the procedure correct' ... 'did the officer break the law' not 'did the officer do the right thing'.... absolutely no compassion for the woman is shown... now you see how the 'Blue Wall of Silence' gets built brick by brick.

No, it's not! We here at DU are about JUSTICE, not just "law and order" and "Procedure".
