Newt Gingrich -- DREAM 2008 GOP Nominee

Seeing him on the Daily Show just reminded me how awful he really is.

1. The more extreme, hypocritical, despicable and...

... corrupt the candidate, the more the GOP wants him. But, Newtie has one fatal flaw--he hasn't pandered sufficiently to the religious right, at least not to the point of licking the soles of James Dobson's shoes and blowing Tony Perkins in the broom closet of the NRC's headquarters.

I suppose he just needs some time and coaching and he'll even be able to impress Fred Phelps. (ah, geez, did I really say that? :scared: )

2. He tried to trap Jon by facetiously lodging an accusation of...

...apparant racism in the earlier MJ coverage, and Jon skillfully turned the race card around on him. What always pissed me off about Newt is the way he is so obviously hateful and derisive. Perhaps he needs to be on a national stage again. The public got good and sick of him the last time. Even Novakula takes a backseat to Newt's utterly repugnant nature.
