What will georgie do after he is out of office?
This is sort of a serious question. Most of the past presidents went on to make personal appearances, work with special interest groups, write their memoirs and continued to work in some capacity after their terms were completed. I'm sure the collective answer here would be "do time", but if he doesn't, what do you think this man is capable of doing?
I really can't see him giving lectures and speeches, he has no interest in helping other people or special causes and he sure as hell can't run a business.
So what do you think the idiot will do?

3. Time
Okay, that's what I hope he'll do. What he'll probably do is continue to work for the PNAC "Ludlumesque" cabal that he's fronting for now. Someone else will continue pulling his strings.

8. I can see him giving lectures and speeches.
It's a nice life--an agent sets up an appearance or two per month, you read something written for you, collect something in the six figures or thereabouts.

He'll do that, and sit on some corporate boards, pretend to work, just like he always has.

Of course there'll be a couple of autobios that'll sell well.

Face it, folks--he's a lucky SOB, and other than an occasional heckler, he'll never know any grief from the people he's wronged. There will always be about a quarter of the population who think his dingleberries taste like Hershey's Kisses. These folks will provide him with an extremely comfortable final chapter to his illustrious career.

Better to acknowledge this and let go, and move on.

9. Who cares?
As long as he doesn't have access to "the red button", he can go to Crawford, the world court, or Outer Mongolia as far as I'm concerned, I just don't care.

write a book (oh ok, he'll pay someone to write a book)
clear some brush (oh ok, he'll pay someone to clear some brush)
boink Laura (oh ok, he'll pay someone to...well, you get it)

Then he'll talk to his dad about pussy, mock someone on death row, and generally make Dan Quayle look bright.

Same shit, different day.

14. Still worried to much about while in office !
Edited on Tue Jun-07-05 08:12 AM by NicRic
Iam to busy worrying about how much more damage he can do while playing President, then what lame choice he makes on what to do once out of office. What distrubes me is as corrupt as this White house is ,it appears he will get a pass on all of the crimes he committed while holding office and be held up as one of the latest greatest Presidents ,when in reality his White House made Clintons look like a boy scout camp ,and yet they've suceeded in convincing most that he holds some higher moral ground then our last truely great President Clinton. How many inocent people ,both American and other died under our President Clinton ,how many American service men and women died under President Clniton. The media has let this country down so badly ,I dont believe I will ever regain any respect for them selling their souls to the devil on this one , they are just as responsible as the idiot in office for the deaths of all the inocents and for those working in the media that believe in a heaven and hell,I would have a hard time sleeping at night knowing that when the grim weeper comes ,they are going straight down to h-e double hockey sticks, they could have worked for change by telling the truth about this white house ,instead decided to laugh it up with the good old boys .As they say there will be hell to pay !

20. Maybe he'll cut both legs off wielding that chain saw trying to
clear brush. He'll reach down to turn it off and cut his hand off too. Then he will get a clue as to how our amputees feel. But he'd probably like it because he'd have an excuse for not working and competing with his father.
