At the time the Abner Louima case and another case of a black man
being victmized by the NY Police happened, Bernard Kerik ( yes, the same guy who had a love nest with Judith Regan near the WTC towers supposedly for the use of the victims' families) absolved the police of any racism and Giuliani supported him.No one appears to have reexamined the possibility that there may indeed have been a policy in place to enhance the tough guy credentials of these two men in the employ of the Bush crime family.
