How do "Support the Troops" Freepers get around Bush* refusing
a "Direct Order" to take a mandatory flight physical. Do they just not believe that took place or do they somehow feel Bush* is above taking orders. There is a lot of mystery about Bush*'s National Guard service or non-service however you look upon it but there is no doubt at all that Bush* failed to take a mandatory flight physical and was removed from flight status never to fly again.

1. From what I've heard from them...
It seems that hig military service isn't important since the National guard took real risks...

but that Kerry's falsified records are very important because he proved he was a traitor by having the guts to speak honestly about an unjust war.

3. But Bush would never lie!
Never!

"But the liberal deviseth liberal things; and by liberal things shall he stand."
Great quote. There's an old monument with that on it up in Edinburgh, which is where I first saw it.

4. If they can get over that whole "we support our troops by voting for a man
who lied to cause the deaths of thousands of them and the disabling injury of tens of thousands more," they can pretty much justify anything they want without breaking a sweat.

6. They refuse to believe it's true.
Any mention of it is chalked up to the "liberal" media and soundly dismissed. I've heard some actually say the chimperor served in Vietnam. They naively believe that the honorable discharge he has means he actually served honorably. They don't even believe strings were pulled to secure a spot for him in the Guard.
