11. So weird! I was just thinking about her yesterday...
as Nicole Kidman's grifter mom in 'Malice' - what a drag.

Rest in peace Anne.

One of my favorite actresses ever. Comedy or drama, on stage or screen.

My sympathies to Mel Brooks and all of her fans and friends.

15. Most people have forgotten her magnificent performances in
"The Miracle Worker," "Two for the SeeSaw," and so many other roles.

A few years back, Anne said, "No matter what else I've done, people will always remember me as Mrs. Robinson."

No, Anne. There are those of us who remember all of your other great performances both on Broadway and in film.

Nonetheless, one song by Art Garfunkel immortalized both Joe DiMaggio and Mrs. Robinson (you). It was just one more of your great performances.

All of my condolences, Mel. And here's to you Mrs. Robinson.
