Friends of Hillary?

I give to my local Democratic California Party.

The friends of Hillary are asking me in a letter, a Californian, to support her reelection in New York.

Frankly I'm pissed at this, the survey is at best a milk toast of issues as compared to what I'm working with in California ( I work with a friend and give her information, news, and opinion who is a chairperson of the Latinio caucus in the California Democratic Party)

What pisses me off is that the survey format and letter is very similar to the national survey I got from
Nancy Pelosi that asks for money.

I find this deceiving and misleading. California money for New York?

Unless she also sent letters like this out for her first Senate run then I am forced to come to the conclusion that this is clearly a ploy for raising money for a 2008 POTUS run.

Hillary sucks because she is a pro-war, pro-corporate opportunist just like her husband. No matter what percentage of the popular vote she wins we will not win the electoral college with her on the ticket. The only guaranteed blue states would be New England, Illinois and the west coast. We need to take less risky gambles not more in 2008.

I'm in Texas and I too received one. The "survey" is ubiquitous fund raising technique, I receive one to complete almost every single day. They are the hook of choice now.

7. Your right donated to the party, but there are others more worthy

I know that there are races that will be close and might need support
but not this one that will be a close.
Besides, I have never received anything from any other state's
senator or representative in the nation asking for money, except this one.

I support Boxer my senator who's doing a damn good job.
so if anyone tells me to calm down, just don't ask for a donation at the same time.

8. As a proud "FOH", I have been giving her $$$ since she 1st ran for Senate

in NY....I have also given money to atleast 24 other Dems in various key Senate & House races in 15 states, including Barack Obama in IL, Wellstone (:cry:) in MN, Daschle in SD, Cantwell in WA, etc etc.

Nothing illegal about it and believe me, the Repukes are giving lots of $$$ to various GOP candidates in races here in CA when they are from Texas and other "Red" states hoping to upset the balance here in CA....

How much money do you think the illustrous Gropenator just raised when he went around the country? Imagine - Millions of $$$ raised by that buffoon from other states to "redistrict" CA (ala Tom Delay style) and hold a special election this November....

I guess this doesn't seem that complicated to me. Just don't give her any money.

I receive Friends of Hillary emails because I bought the Marc Jacobs t-shirt with her picture on it. I don't know if I'll donate to her again, but I do know no one can force me to give. Personally, I give a little bit to candidates across the country if I feel they deserve/need it. I was very grateful for the generous donations of time and money that people around the country gave to the Ohio Dems. in 2004. It really felt like we were fighting the same battle.

I'm thinking it over. It depends on how much the Freeper element goes after her. If the re-thugs go after her with their usual bag of dirty tricks then I might donate to her just to give the middle finger to the Freepie Creepies.
