But only for about 30 seconds at the end of a 3 or 4 minute report. NPR characterized the memo as an "allegation".
They spent the rest of the segment talking about how Dr. Science (aka President Bush) is against cutting greenhouse emissions and how he (sic) preeshates Tony Blair.
I just love waking up to this dimwit's voice.
