a hook - they'll take action. But if it is left up to them - the don't keep the story going themselves. So Blair is in town & and the petition has been signed. So now they can talk about it. Why even the President had to mention it.

But only for about 30 seconds at the end of a 3 or 4 minute report. NPR characterized the memo as an "allegation".

They spent the rest of the segment talking about how Dr. Science (aka President Bush) is against cutting greenhouse emissions and how he (sic) preeshates Tony Blair.

I just love waking up to this dimwit's voice.
