2 major spelling errors. Not even typos, just bad spelling. And in the case of "excepts" vs. "accepts", a lack of knowledge about the language.

Now I see a lot of spelling errors on boards and blogs, but this seems a bit much. Don't they have people proofreading this stuff? Are they using 3rd graders to enter text on the website? Yikes.

He was some kind of political functionary who got his first name mangled on CNN into a very nasty slur.

I've also seen at least one woman on a news program supposedly named "Paty" and an Amy spelled "Any".
