Creation "Science"
When I first saw this website -http://www.answersingenesis.org/events/megaconference/ - I thought that it was a parody, like http://www.landoverbaptist.com.

But this Creation "Science" Conference is for real! Just when I think I have seen the lowest-common-denominator of ignorance, I am proved wrong.

1. They gather and put their hands over their ears....
....then they shake their heads back and forth and back and forth while saying 'LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA'

It's pretty fun for the first couple days, but the third day feels a little repetetive.

3. Those fundies sure love to paint themselves as victims.
Defending Christianity this, and the attack on Christianity that.
If there was really an attack on Christianity, there would be injured/dead Christians in the streets, and churches burning every where.

6. Einstein didn't say it...
... but he could have: "there are only two things that are infinite--stupidity and the universe, and I'm not so sure about the universe."

Behaving as one imagines scientists behave is not doing science, or is it thinking scientifically. These people haven't figured out that beginning with a conclusion is backwards. But, then, our Dear Leader does the same thing with policy, so it must be okay, right? :)

No it's not a parody, except of itself.
