No, I'm not a vegetarian and yes i know it is hypopcritical to have no porblem eating a cow when the very thought of eating a cat makes me sick to my stomach as well as angry, but man there is just nothing right about cooking and eating a cat.

The civet cat is actually several species of the mongoose family (Family Viverridae) found in Africa and Asia. It's only distantly related to the feline cat. It has a catlike body but a longer tail, and a weasel-like face with grey or brown fur.

You would be surprized at what tastes good if you cook it well.

Given some of the stuff that other cultures eat (brains, kidneys, stomachs, tongues, gonads, intestines to name a few), some kind of cat would be a far more appetising choice.

To each his own. Including vegans (for my niece who has decided to forgo her share of steak etc for the benefit of my brother and I).
