16. I'm just wondering if that's what some people in the Democratic Party want
purge the Dean people from the party and marginalize them

4. Democratic Party Powers
Now that's an oxymoron.

The cowardly appeasers that have destroyed a once great party is more like it.

5. I don't think they will
They know majority of democrats like Dean and what he's doing. They can see it from polls and probably Emails etc. They'd be fools to get rid of Dean because they know a lot of people will leave the party if they do.

15. Yet the DLC had no qualms in saying people like Michael Moore should not
be representing them.

They're going to have to work hard to win me back.

6. Not going to happen and it shouldn't.
The only emotion in the controversy (supposed controversy) is in places like this among those who now see the DNC Chair position as a messianic versus organizational one.

7. They DO want people to stay home then, do they?

Maybe Iban Baught can split off with Jowley Joe and form the DLP (Democratic Leadership Party), a great place for people who'd like to be ReTHUGlican, but can't sign on to all the social planks of the GOP...

13. Bull crap
Nobody has invigorated the party more than Dean has and the corporate whore media and the DLC don't like it. Tough shit

I don't take my cues from the media and power brokers that are getting frozen out when the 'great unwashed' start getting involved in their party, that want Dean gone and the party to split.

Don't fall for it

11. Just gave the DNC another $25.00
The way to counter this Repubican media attack is to show our support through donations.

Go Howard!

14. The grassroots Dems put Dean in power ...
and the grassroots Dems are the only ones who can take him out. If the establishment removes Dean, they lose the support - and the money - of the grassroots and they'll be the minority party forever.
