Stabenow is introducing the next two nominees. She expressed the wish that they return to commity and stability now that they're past the three and have buried the filibuster...

4. While the Democrats remain in the receiving position,
holding onto their socks, perhaps still even believing that they somehow accomplished something positive by not calling Frist's bluff on the filibuster matter.

They SO screwed up.

jurisprudence when we had agreed to allow the three worst?

When republicans compromise, they take less than everything. When democrats compromise, they withhold from giving that which they can give away later.
