I think Dean is going to secure the democratic win in 06 and 08. but my problem is has he said anything about the downing street memo? we need more leadership in our party when it comes to this memo and every democratic leader should be speaking out to get the truth; they are the most effective voice to get media attention.

I don't know why. He's probably been busy on other things and hasn't grasped the issue, but I don't know.
