3. There is a difference between mis-spoke
and lied. Yellow cake, WMD, Saddam-alQueda, etc.

4. Why would he lie about seeing the 1st plane?
I don't see why this should be a big deal. So he saw the 2nd plane hitting and thought it was the first or he just mis-spoke. So what? It is an insignificant issue compared to the real lies about the yellow cake or the WMDs.
