The article tells about how, in his book, Waging Modern War, the administration wants to go after 7 countries, Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Iran, Somalia, and finally Sudan. The freepers are going nuts over there! They think he is making this up! Idiots probably never heard about the PNAC (http://www.newamericancentury.org) or read the Bush Doctrine (http://www.whitehouse.gov/nsc/nss.html). Clark is going to use Bush's own doctrine to slaughter the GOP in 2004.

By the way, I think the excerpt is from his upcoming book, with a similar title: Winning Modern Wars: Iraq, Terrorism, and the American Empire -- Newsweek doesn't make it clear at all, but I thought the other book was about Kosovo.
