Take it for what it's worth... although I'll take anything The Horse has to say over the usual crap spewed by Novak, Safire, and their kind.
http://www.mediawhoresonline.com/Remember: The media whores don't wait until after the primary to begin undermining Democrats they believe can defeat their Republican opponent. Don't forget the jeers and boos reporters directed at Al Gore when he debated Bill Bradley, or their eagerness to relentlessly exploit Bradley's remarks about "Gore the liar."
The media whores have descended upon particular Democratic candidates with vicious and ridiculous reports at various times in recent months (most notably Dean, Kerry, and Clark) - raising the pitch and setting their sights depending on which candidate has gained in strength and appears most threatening to their beloved Boy Emperor at any given time (the incompetent fraud Margaret Carlson tells us she and other "journalists" favor because he makes "breakfast buffets, Dove bars and bottled water" available to them on his campaign plane).
<snip>
It will eventually become obvious enough, through debate performances, polling, etc., which of the candidates stands the best chance for victory in November 2004.
In the meantime, anyone looking to the media for assistance in evaluating the various candidates' worthiness and formidability should ignore the usual suspects and pay closer attention to those fighting liberals who have proven themselves intelligent, credible, competent, politically experienced and trustworthy analysts and commentators, including:
Joe Conason
Gene Lyons
Eric Alterman
Paul Krugman
Michael Tomasky
Paul Begala
James Carville
President William Jefferson Clinton
