Clark/Dean or Dean/Clark.... doesn't matter to me
That's my new pick. Now, I must say that if Clark wins the nomination he has ZERO choice about who to pick for VP. Here's why:

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

If Clark was to pull out the nomination he'll only have a mere fraction of what Dean has in terms of campaign cash.

Plus, I just think a Clark/Dean or Dean/Clark website would look really cool. They could get rid of the Dean bat and put a tank in.

lol.

2. Rove's worst nightmare
A man on the top of the ticket who is a southerner with 34 years of military experience and a man as VP who is an MD with a good record as a governor, both of whom are charismatic, intelligent, and (based on what I've heard from the ladies here and elsewhere) good-looking. Against an idiot who ducked out of military service with a face like a chimp that got a shave and a creepy old oil executive that should be in a casket he's so cadaverous. Don't have to think much to figure out the outcome there.

3. The real danger is ...

... that Clark will self-destruct and nobody will want him as a running mate. Watch out for his ego to work as cross-purposes with his Clintonista puppet masters.

4. Doesn't matter to me either
Who ever has the best shot of beating the chimp and that combination is the most appealing to me. I agree they would round one another out well. Dean has domestic ideas, has run an executive office, has a strong and well funded originization. Clark brings national security/foreign policy credentials that Dean lacks and indpendent and moderate appeal. Being from Arkansas, he could be instrumental in pulling in some "red states".
