I noticed the same thing. The MSM now takes the position that the memo itself, and most importantly its contents, are well known and need only an iconic mention, not an analysis or explanation. My own non-scientific survey of 'people not habitually online', is that they have no idea what the DSM is or what is in it.

It is actually a pretty good tactic: they can now claim to have reported it, and that nobody seems to care much about it.
