American Dad: "The United States Patriot Act says I can"
When Seth McFarline provides better political commentary than the news networks, that's quite sad. But the truth is that America watches these cartoons and it's a good way to expose people to another point of view.

3. I like how he made a "camp" in his backyard using the Patriot Act
for his brown skin neighbors,

the show is definitely doing a great job at exposing fascist thought,
you can catch it again on Adult Swim on the Cartoon network this week.

2. i'm more of a family guy girl myself
their explanation for why we went to war is hilarious. peter says "anyone who is against going to war with iraq is gay" then all the senators start chiming in "i wanna go to war"...cut shot to cheney "i wanted to go to war first!" priceless stuff

4. I was loyal to family guy long before American Dad was created, but...
Since they are on back to back and they are both hillarious, I see no reason not to watch both.

6. Fox just follows the money
Crawling on their hands and knees behind it, drooling slavishly.

7. Last week on Family Guy they made Bush into being the village idiot
that he is. Peter recalled entertaining at the White House. Then a flashback..he is before Bush in the Oval Office and wears his regular clothes but has a clown nose on. He then makes silly noises and Bush is jumping up and down like a little kid, hysterically laughing, clapping his hands too. He gets so excited that he knocks his snow globe off of his desk, and then has a crying tantrum when it breaks. It was Great!

8. Very funny episode
though overall, I think Family Guy is better.

Both are very funny. I love the Family Guy episode where it's Stweie's birtday and Peter comes by riding an elephant and exclaims - "Hey looks Loius, it's the two sybols of the republican party - an elephant and a bit fat white man that's afraid of change".

10. If anyone Recorded the show,
look at the newspaper headline during the opening singing segment of the show. It mentions the economy...Family guy is JUST TOO MUCH!! American Dad has potential though....that clip last week with Bush being a villiage idiot was just PRICELESS.
