Christian Wire Service: Gays are more CRIMINAL!
They are really pulling out the stops. First the governor of Texas invites gays to leave his state, now the Christian Wire paints gays as criminal. It's open season, folks. Oh, and don't miss the image from the home page of the "Family Research Institute" displayed here. It shows what kind of "family" these researchers and "Christians" long for. White and 1950's.

==========

COLORADO SPRINGS, Co., June 13 /Christian Wire Service/ -- The alleged illegal activities of gay politicians Mayor Jim West of Spokane and New Jersey's former Governor James McGreevey are fairly 'normal' for gays. At least according to a report based on the CDC national sexuality survey. The 1996 study by the U. S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention that was withheld from the general public because of its explosive content, found that gays more frequently engaged in criminality.

"The finding that gays were more frequently engaged in criminality had been reported by every major sexuality survey," said Dr. Paul Cameron, Chairman of the Family Research Institute in Colorado Springs. "But for the CDC to uncover it in the largest nationwide sexuality survey done in the U.S. pretty-well 'nails it.' All the prior surveys, including the Kinsey Institutes,' had suggested the same thing. But their samples were either not random or too small to consider the findings statistically significant. Now, with CDC validation, the more frequent criminality of homosexuals seems indisputable."

Cameron explained that the CDC sex survey was tacked on to the National Household Survey of Drug Abuse, an annual study that attempts to assess the effect of drug and alcohol abuse on everyday life. In 1996 -- perhaps in an attempt to shed light on the progress of the AIDS epidemic -- researchers added 25 questions on sexual behavior.

"It's unlikely the CDC will do it again," Cameron said. "Their results cast serious doubt on the claim of the gay rights movement that, except for their sexual proclivities, homosexuals are the same as heterosexuals."

3. Just replace the word "gay" with "Jew"....
Edited on Mon Jun-13-05 05:26 AM by KzooDem
and the name Dr. Paul Cameron with Hermann Goering and it sends a most eerie shiver down my spine. Is this 2005 or 1939?

So...following this reasoning, then Ken Lay, Tom Delay, Richard Nixon, et.al. must have some pretty serious homosexual tendencies.

20. Absolutely. It's not just historical parallels we're witnessing now.
It's a flat-out repeat of history.

Sickos. Sick, sick people, besotted with some imaginary religion that goads them into hating everything and everyone, loathing themselves and longing for destruction, getting off on pain and strife and discord -- all in the name of "righteousness" and absurdist, holy zeal.

Disgusting.

Baby, when the moment arrives when it's me or them, I'm making damned sure its them.

Bring it.

4. Well, to follow through on their twisted logic, a significant number of
criminals are gay. Knowing how many criminals are in the Republican party are criminals (both politicians and members from Ken Lay to Tom DeLay), we must extrapolate that the a significant part of the Republican party is, indeed, gay.

Or that's how we'd think if we used their twisted logic :).

5. Is that the same "study" that said gays get into more auto accidents?
I had no idea that the police determined the sexual orientaton of the drivers on the scene of an accident. Learn something new every day.

After diagnosing Terri Schiavo by videotape he has taken to putting a finger on each temple and channeling what the Lord says is the proper statistic.

13. My fear
I am afraid they and their ilk are gearing up for something big, but I am not sure what. I know some people think these folks are kooks and no one really listens to them, but that is just not true. Gays have made so much progress and I feel we are about to get smacked back. It is very scary.

That tears it! I'm not Gay, but I know people in real life who are and they are all upstanding citizens. Not to mention DU, where every person who has said that they are Gay are all very nice people.

26. And yet they've gotten away with making shit up for YEARS.
Notice this little gem from 2002:

Homosexual Child Molestations By Foster Parents: Illinois, 1997-2002

Believe it or not, that's one of their least offensive "reseach findings". I refuse to type the titles any of the other garbage.

As for his little boast of the "study" being published in the "peer-reviewed journal Psychological Reports", this quote from Gregory Herek, Professor of Psychology at the University of California at Davis, speaks for itself:

"Although Cameron has been criticized in the popular press, extensive scientific critiques of his group's research have not been widely available. Those that have been published have been brief or appeared in obscure journals. This inattention by the scientific community is perhaps not surprising, given the poor quality of the Cameron group's data and the low prestige of the journals in which they have published. Most scientists have simply ignored the Cameron studies."

One further tidbit: the American Psychological Association kicked Cameron's ass out years ago for ethics violations.

This individual is filth of the highest magnetude.

23. Paul Cameron is not a legitimate researcher or a Psychologist
On his curriculum vitae, he describes himself as a "Researcher/Clinician." According to the web site of the Nebraska Department of HHS Regulation and Licensure, his license as a Psychologist has been "inactive" since 1995.

Early in 1984, all members of the American Psychological Association received official written notice that "Paul Cameron (Nebraska) was dropped from membership for a violation of the Preamble to the Ethical Principles of Psychologists" by the APA Board of Directors.

At its membership meeting on October 19, 1984, the Nebraska Psychological Association adopted a resolution stating that it "formally disassociates itself from the representations and interpretations of scientific literature offered by Dr. Paul Cameron in his writings and public statements on sexuality."

In 1985, the American Sociological Association (ASA) adopted a resolution which asserted that "Dr. Paul Cameron has consistently misinterpreted and misrepresented sociological research on sexuality, homosexuality, and lesbianism" and noted that "Dr. Paul Cameron has repeatedly campaigned for the abrogation of the civil rights of lesbians and gay men, substantiating his call on the basis of his distorted interpretation of this research."

At its August, 1986 meeting, the ASA officially accepted the committee's report and passed the following resolution:

The American Sociological Association officially and publicly states that Paul Cameron is not a sociologist, and condemns his consistent misrepresentation of sociological research.

Cameron's credibility was also questioned outside of academia. In his written opinion in Baker v. Wade (1985), Judge Buchmeyer of the U.S. District Court of Dallas referred to "Cameron's sworn statement that 'homosexuals abuse children at a proportionately greater incident than do heterosexuals,'" and concluded that "Dr. Paul Cameron...has himself made misrepresentations to this Court" and that "There has been no fraud or misrepresentations except by Dr. Cameron"

Cameron is nothing but a bigot masquerading as a professional.

25. Yes, Brandi Swindell picketed the film

Generation Life, a collegiate anti-abortion group, plans to picket theaters showing the film nationwide, objecting to Kinsey's "pseudo-scientific defense of sexual perversions," and his responsibility "for my generation being forced to deal face-to-face with the devastating consequences of sexually transmitted diseases, pornography and abortion," according to Generation Life spokesperson Brandi Swindell. Morality in Media president Robert Peters dismisses "Kinsey" as "an effort to rehabilitate a father of the hellish sexual revolution."

Robert Knight, director of the Culture and Family Institute, and spokesperson for Concerned Women for America, similarly bemoans Kinsey's contribution to the changing sex culture of the last sixty years. "Kinsey's conclusions paved the way for condom-based sex education in... schools," he notes, "and furthered the agenda of pro-abortion groups.... From abortion to homosexuality to pornography, Kinsey's research has been cited as proof "science has done away with societal restraints based on religious beliefs."

that's how old the flipping picture is.

It looks like something out of a Eugenics book fron the 30's.

I have to admit that I don't see any indication of the whole "diaper" thing you speak of.

The Aryan imagery is chilling. This isn't a 21st century American family. It's a perfect picture of the classic Aryan family of Nazi propaganda.

And note that they are a "scientific" entity.
