Heads up! Call 1411 and ask for Cynthia McKinney's office. It is not
listed. The best you can get is the House of Reps at 202-225-3121 which then might give you the right number.

I challenge each and everyone here to call 1411 at the expense of $1.50 per call to be told there is no listing or to be flipped to the general house number.

I went to Google while I had SBC "disinfo" on the line and had the number.

Washington D.C. Address
320 Cannon House Office Building
Washington DC, 20515

Phone: 202-225-1605
Fax : 202-226-0691

Now tell me why Information can't find it, why it isn't listed, we don't have google, and all the other reams of excuses I've had the pleasure of hearing this am! SBC be damned!

Please call her office and let them know how great you may think she is and also for entering into the House record last week, "WAR IS A RACKET" by Smedley Butler. Thank you Cynthia!

2. Oh for heaven's sake. Look it up on the house site.
http://www.house.gov/mckinney/

If you want to go to your congressperson's site, use the same formula. Try to spell the name correctly, though. Otherwise, go to www.house.gov and find your state and then your district and click through that way.

The senate has the same formulation, but chane house.gov to senate.gov.

There is also a free number that puts you through to the switchboard at the house or Senate. I don't have it handy but others will.

7. Joe Blow on the street will have to ask for the House phone number.
Or ask the 411 operator how to get the phone number of a member of Congress. Congresscritters also have offices in their districts but by the time someone got the info on her district, they'd have found her site.
