I'm pleased with the verdict. This will drive the right-wingnuts .... NUTS!

Jackson is certainly a strange bird with bizarre behavior. But, that does not make him a pedophile. He liked pornography featuring adult heterosexual males/females, not child pornography, and I suspect such pornography would not interest an adult male pedophile interested in the same sex. Just a feeling. I don't know if that's a fact.

Michael Jackson, on the advice of friends and attorneys, will certainly end any more activity that could open him up to future victimization by people hoping to strike it rich.

I didn't agree with the O.J. verdict, however, the prosecution just botched that case and the jurors couldn't find him guilty. In this case, the prosecution just didn't have any evidence to back up their claims!

He did.

They did not convict him because he was African American.

He was deemed not guilty because of the evidence in the case.

He was represented by a white attorney, not a Johnnie Cochran.

He was branded totally by the media as being crazy, odd, weird and yet a jury of citizens carefully decided that he was not guilty.

I had absolutely no opinion about this case until today when I heard that the verdict was in. I do not know why but I thought to myself "What verdict would Fox news love to see?" Obviously the answer was guilty. They want to see anyone who is black or from Hollywood go down. After that I knew what I wanted the verdict to be.

i think the prosecution should have never brought this case in the first place. I sounds like every accuser was tainted in some way or the other.

Anyway it is over. Let's get on with the DSM scandal!

19. Me too. I couldn/'t watch the verdict on TV. I just learned about

it from DU. My take is that after the airing of that interview, the boy's mother had people in her ear telling her, "girl you could sue Michael Jackson and get muy rico." The prosecutor was out to get him and immediately had children services investigate to see if there was anything fishy. That investigation turned up empty. But they couldn't let it rest. Had to get him anyway.
