This doesn't make any sense about Bush...
To me, Bush is more worse, MORE EVIL than Saddam Hussien, and half of this sorry nation puts him in an AOL "Great American" poll.

:wtf: is going on here?

2. It's called manipulation
Say it enough and people think it's true, that is, if they're on the right wing of the aisle.

3. What's the big surprise?
Half this nation voted for the guy. And even with election fraud, it'd only be slightly less than half who did. A lot of us on the left (and on the right for that matter) -- myself included -- tend to connect with others who think politically the way we do. As a result, we assume much of the nation thinks the same way. This is wrong. Plenty of people love Bush, and his place in this poll is, in that regard, unsurprising.
We all have to remember that there's another side in this country that thinks what we're doing in Iraq is swell, that thinks the economy is doing fine, that thinks we're "turning a corner." Dismissing this group as something less than it is, amplified only by a bought-and-sold mainstream media, is one of the reasons we lost in 2004.

4. Everyone on the right is asking the same question
about Clinton. "He cheats on his wife and he's one of the greatest Americans?" I think Clinton was a good president but one of the 25 greatest Americans is a stretch. I suppose if you believe in all this freedom crap then he might very well be one of the greatest.
