If you missed Democracy now this morning you simply must arrange to see it. This is the most important show she has done in a long time. Rep Conyers' and an ex-intelligence agent whose name I'm too excited to remember, right now, spent three quarters of the show discussing the hearing on Thursday, the DSM, and the challenge to the constitution.
Included with the constitutional question about the impeachable offense of usurping congress' power to declare war and the misleading of the congress and the American people was the movement to impeach the top tier of the current administration.
If you signed Conyers' petition, he mentioned you, in referring to the more than five hundred thousand signators........yeah! US!

He said he had gotten the thumbs up from a number of reps from the other side in an indication that they would support him and that they knew and were very clear that he was doing all this from a strictly non-partisan standing.

The anger coming from the public is palpable.

The kick ass calls from dems and indys on cspan this morning, some demanding the impeachment of bushco, as well as many of the reichthug calls, indicating a rising disenchantment with their hero, were so powerful. Then Amy, with these two eloquent gentlemen pointing to the dangers we have been screaming about for so loud and long, really kicked off the day with hope and enthusiasm.
