Hannity on the Schiavo autopsy
"Everything I have told you, for the most part, was dead on the money"

A lot of unanswered questions

We don't know what happened the day she collapsed

A lot of unanswered questions

She didn't have bulimia

A lot of unanswered questions

He is talking about W saying the Dems are nothing but obstructionists. I will update this thread later but the comments above sounded like they were in response to tons of e-mails he has been getting. HAHAHAHA "Hannitized" ="LIED TO"

5. What do you want it to mean?
It's double-speak. It is very effective when you need to have things both ways, or several ways. (And yet, they wonder why I use the F-word in my sleep.)

4. You wonder if a guy like Hannity can recognize what a liar he is
Edited on Wed Jun-15-05 03:15 PM by kenny blankenship
"She didn't have bulimia" Duh, she had her stomach involuntarily injected with Nutri-Goo for the last, what 15 years? And during that time there was no "Terri" alive inside her skull to order her finger to go down her throat to induce vomiting.

Bulimia is moreover a psychiatric behavioral syndrome: there is no physical diagnostic test for it even if you are alive. It is impossible for a vegetative patient, fed on a tube involuntarily for any length of time, to be bulimic. Bulimia is a BEHAVIOR. Also even if the patient had become incapitated, put on a feeding tube and then died--all in rapid succession--it would be impossible for a post-mortem exam to say anything to the question of bulimia. Even if the patient had be diagnosed bulimic by twenty different doctors before becoming incapacitated: there's literally nothing for an autopsist to find or search for on this score.

6. I predict.....
Hannity will rant somewhere along the lines of:

"I TOLD you people that this was the case all along."

"I said all along that we don't have the answers to questions no one could ever answer."

"This is troubling my friends, and there are lingering questions."

"Three hours a day, every single day, for your entire life, is all we ask, except that we also want you to buy my book and come to my live broadcast and yell like idiots and go to my stupid friggin' "freedom concert" and blah, blah, blah - we'll be right back with Ted Nugent and Newt Gingrich and Oliver North....

I could hear that high screetchy voice saying just that.

Also don't forget to mention how Democrats are picking on him for his "standing up for family issues" and all they do is whine. They really don't care for "life" the way he does. And if he gets picked on, then the persecution complex gets deeper.

I used to think this oxygen thief couldn't really believe the shit that flowed from his pie hole. Now I'm convinced the opposite.

He apparently is getting a ton of emails demanding an apology.

I did apoligize to Michael Schiavo
(he spent a few minutes trying to save that it was never about Michael and that he DID apologize to him AND that he never needed to apologize to him because he never said anything negative about Michael--yes he said both)

It was a conflict over persistent vegetative state

Nobody doubted that she had massive brain damage

Report has no backup to her having bulimia. No evidence of a heart attack.

Now they are claiming she was blind...when did that happen? have they even addressed that?

We still need to know why she collapsed.

Why wasn't there a greater investigation on the time line that night?

You'ld think these two rightwingnut jackasses would at least have the decency to acknowledge that all the hate they spewed during poor Terri Schiavo's way-too-public death watch was unfounded and totally inaccurate. Do these two morons EVER admit that they were wrong??

I hope Michael Schiavo sues their boil laden asses now that we have irrefutable proof that what they said about him was liabelous.

11. Hmm...the truth he told his guests to say when he coached them?
http://www.nydailynews.com/04-15-2005/news/story/300120p-256912c.html

On the March 31 installment of the shouting-head show, the guests included two of the late Terri Schiavo's former nurses, Trudy Capone and Carla Sauer Iyer, arguing that their patient wasn't brain-dead.

Between commercials, according to an off-air audiotape obtained by investigative comedian Harry Shearer for last Sunday's episode of his weekly radio program, "Le Show," Hannity coached the women on exactly how to respond when liberal co-host Alan Colmes cross-examined them.

"Just say, 'I'm here to tell what I saw,'" Hannity can be heard instructing his guests. "No matter what the question, 'I'm here to tell you what I saw. I'm here to tell you what I saw.'"

Hannity adds helpfully: "Say, 'I'm not going to be distracted by silliness.' How's that? Does that help you? Look into that camera. Look at me when I'm talking."

On the air, Iyer performs beautifully. "I don't have any opinions or judgments. I was there," she declares

What about this tirade of his?

Hannity's Obsessive Shiavo Crusade Continues
http://www.newshounds.us/2005/03/23/hannitys_obsessive_shiavo_crusade_continues.php

Hannity, was so intent on controlling his message, that he cut off Alan at the start of the show and took his turn for himself interviewing Terri Schiavo's parents,Robert and Mary Schindler. This behavior is unthinkable on H&C but Hannity is so obsessed that he couldn't allow Alan to speak to the Schindlers butting in and urging the family to talk about how it feels to watch Terri being starved to death. It was impossible not to be emotionally influenced by their anguish which set the tone for the rest of the show.

Pat Robertson joined Hannity's chorus claiming,"This judge is brutal. We have to do something with this out of control judiciary." A thinly veiled support of using the Schiavo case to load the courts with extreme conservatives.

Jim Moran. D. voted against the Schiavo law in Congress and joined Colmes in New York to discuss his position. He and Colmes agreed that it was wrong to reach into personal family business. Colmes mentioned the irony of cutting Medicaid which helps people needing nursing care like Terri. Moran brought up a poll showing that two thirds of the conservatives polled were against the congressional involvement. Then Hannity pounced. "I don't want to talk about health care. Do you care if she dies? Does it bother you at all? You could have stepped up..." Moran tried to explain that he cared about the thousands of people who have been abandoned because of medicare cuts....

Listen to the little prick cuss out Congressman Moran
http://www.oliverwillis.com/files/hannityvmoran.mp3

Hannity also spread a lie that a "Dr." Hammesfahr was a Nobel Prize winner and evaluated the Schiavo EEG test as bogus. Hammesfahr was never a Nobel Prize winner nor even nominated. Probably not even a Dr.

Edited on Wed Jun-15-05 02:33 PM by Roland99
http://www.dailyhowler.com/dh032205.shtml

What did Scarborough viewers hear? Scarborough introduced a neurologist named William Hammesfahr—a man whom Scarborough twice described as a “nominee for the Nobel Prize.” And Hammesfahr, the brilliant Nobel nominee, completely contradicted Roig-Franzia. (Hammesfahr has provided expert testimony on behalf of Terri Schiavo’s parents.) Terri Schiavo did not have a heart attack, he said. She never had an eating disorder. And she isn’t in a persistent vegetative state. In fact, according to Hammesfahr, Terri Schiavo can “stand up or sit up and can sort of moan and make sounds that get wishes known.” Indeed, “she follows a lot of commands,” the brilliant Nobel nominee said. At one point, Hammesfahr and Scarborough even shared a good laugh about Terri Schiavo’s condition:

HAMMESFAHR (3/21/05): It`s interesting. She actually responds to people in different ways. When I went in initially, she acknowledged my presence and then ignored me, as she ignored her husband and she also ignored the videographer.

SCARBOROUGH: Well, that`s what my children do all the time. They ignore me.

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha! Playfully, Terri Schiavo had just ignored everybody! Just the way kids sometimes do!

16. Shuffle, Shuffle, Shuffle
You'll never get a Repugnican...especially one on hate radio...ever to admit they had something totally wrong. Au contrare...anything they had wrong, they will parse away that "what I really meant at the time was..."

Ya know, someone should start a thread or even a website on all the wacky crap these hate mongers have said in the past...or major contradictions...then hold their asses to the fire about where they stand about things now.

It'd be intersting if Mr. O'Fallafel would finally come clean about his comments about the Iraq War and how he'd never trust this regime again if they weren't found. Well, Mr. Spinzone?

Hannity gets the "Rush card" on everything. He's the Faux glamour boy/poster child and he's now outdrawing O'Fallafel. Those who watch this scum want to believe he's right...and will deny gravity and buy into the lies and deceptions. They all but thrive on it.

Hannity's living a charmed life. O'Fallafel's sinking and Rushbo could be the next Jacko trial. He's just riding the wave of being one of the top dogs in the junkyard.

Hopefully one day we'll get the chance to confront these slime merchants...instead of letting them hide...and make them accountable for their years of lies and hatred.

Cheers!

25. He's Looking For The "Neverland"
When the facts hit you in the face...duck the facts. That's what he's doing. Instead, let's focus on the never-ending gotcha games of "whatif"...and only focus on things that we don't know or can't know and hammer those into oblivion.

All they do is readjust their other lies now to line up with those unknowns. This will now revolve around why she went into cardiac arrest that led to her brain death. This is where the game is played now...and easy shelter since time and conjecture can muddle this thing for hours.

Actually this story is a godsend for Hannity. He got a lot of mileage out of his grandstanding on this and now gets at least a day or two to grab some golden ring. These days, it's not the facts that matter...it's getting that fleeting short-span media attention.

44. So, Michael Schiavo strangled Terri with a pillow while
Edited on Wed Jun-15-05 04:27 PM by kenny blankenship
her BROTHER was in their house with them?
Fucking absurd.

She was also examined for facial petechial hemorrhages--the sign of smothering--when she was first admitted to the hospital and nothing was found then.

Furman is lying, as usual, when he says strangulation by smothering is undetectable 15 minutes later. Not obvious to untrained lay people yes, but if you smother someone you can expect it to come out in an autopsy. Terri would need to be drugged for there not to be signs of a violent death struggle--contusions on the inside of her lips, the petechial hemorrhages already mentioned, plus whatever scrapes and bruises would have accompanied the force needed to keep her head down and her arms pinned while the asphyxiation took place. There was no evidence of her being drugged. If Michael Schiavo smothered his wife with her brother in the house, he would have been doubly stupid. His chances of being caught in the act would be very high, and his chances of detection post-mortem would be high also: smothering is not the kind of death that is likely to be ruled accidental in the case of an adult. The contention must be that he intended to HALF-murder her, so he would not be caught standing over a corpse, so she could die, but only much later in a hospital, and so he would not be charged with her murder. He would have had to plan--with what Satanic powers of precision?--how to smother Terri slowly in order to stop her heart and to induce her hypoxic state, so that her upper brain died and her brainstem stayed alive and so she could be ruled in a PVS condition and removed from her feeding tube, some years later. Not even a brain surgeon could have pulled that off armed only with a pillow and his 5 senses. Husbands don't murder wives like this. Nobody murders anybody like this: for the simple reason that there can be no rational expectation of success, even if you conceive of the plan.
Even if you can stop someone's heart and kill off only the upper part of her brain, aided only with a pillow, success hangs upon something totally out of your control: the paramedics have to arrive in time to resuscitate her so she doesn't show up at the hospital DOA. IMPOSSIBLE. Impossible! Impossible!

I'd love to know where you apply for a job spinning such tales of pure absurdity because it seems there must a big market for it.
