He is well known as a homosexual in and out of his party and doesn't even deny it although he won't come out either. He actually says it isn't anyone's business.

Ken Mehlman is beyond the rumor stage.

Limbaugh is really damned by association and also with the fact that Drudge is gay and that gets confused as "random conservative idiot" who is gay. Kind of like Mike Piazza getting rumors because no one could say that the actual gay guy was Robby Alomar. The press couldn't even say that they knew who the real met was because then there would have been a process of elimination. See hos stupid the whole thing becomes if there is a closet at all?


Someone in the White House was getting banged by Jeff Guckert and this is a particularly hostile White House. It is as germaine as the fact that Strom Thurmon had a black child.

If these were nice normal people, I would be completely against outing them, but since they are gay-bashing hypocrites, they should be fair game, IMO.

You say that the lack of a smoking gun makes it more homophobic. How? It may be unwise, or unfounded rumormongering, but the only homophobia I see is coming from the hypocrites in question.

I think it's perfectly reasonable to ask someone with rabidly anti-gay positions whether or not they themselves are gay.

If someone was pushing for a huge rollback in the capital gains tax, would it not be fair to ask whether or not they stood to personally gain from the tax cut?
